▣ Breaking the Financing Barrier

In today's market one of the biggest barriers for acquisitions to overcome is financing. Traditional methods of finding money are no longer as easy to access, especially in these days of most people being in upside-down situations in their mortgages. More and more sellers are agreeing to take back some financing, but a substantial amount of money must be put down by the buyer to entice the seller to enter in this kind of arrangement.
